I had a keto bake request recently. Baking the same thing again and again can feel quite routine.

So I thought I will try something different this time. I used the same keto bread recipe but added 5g of lakanto in the batter.

After that I divided the batter into half and added cocoa powder until it looked dark enough. The cocoa powder batter was quite stiff compared to the plain batter so I added a few tablespoons of water.

Then I used a large spoon to take turns to scoop the batter into the loaf pan. Just like how you would do it to a marble cake. And used a bread knife to swirl it around.

And it ended up looking not as plain compared to the plain old keto bread.

Taste wise, did not taste the chocolate flavour. But it taste less eggy and has a slight bitterness from the cocoa powder.
