The pancake served in Korean restaurants I have come across as part of the banchan package is the pancake. The more popular one is kimchi pancake and seafood pancake sold at about RM20-30. It is quite expensive to me especially for the kimchi pancake so I resorted to making it at home.
The pancake that I made:
Kimchijeon (Kimchi Pancake)
Ingredients: Oil, Flour, Salt, Small Kimchi Pieces

I added in kimchi juice, chive and radish pieces from the kimchi mix into the batter. It is optional to add an egg but will need to add more flour into the batter.
Buchujeon (Chive Pancake)
Ingredients: Oil, Flour, Salt, Kimchi chive

Buchukimchijeon (Chive Kimchi Pancake)
Ingredients: Oil, Flour, Salt, Kimchi Chive

Gamjajeon (Potato Pancake)
Ingredients: Oil, Potato, Salt, Potato Starch

I used tapioca starch as an alternative.

Baechujeon (Napa Cabbage Pancake)
Ingredients: Oil, Flour, Salt, Napa Cabbage

It was quite soggy this time around. I might try adding some rice flour and use less water.
