I have just tried another keto friendly chocolate-y recipe.

I had remaining almond flour that I was trying to finish but not enough to make a full recipe. The original recipe from fourscoreliving had measurements in cups and used lakanto syrup instead of granules. I also omitted chocolate chip as the ones here contains sugar.


Keto Chocolate Muffin

(Makes 8 Muffin)

Adapted from fourscoreliving


Ingredients

150g almond flour

36g cocoa powder

2 tsp baking soda

35g lakanto granules

20ml coconut oil

2 eggs


Method

Preheat oven to 180C.

Mix dry ingredients then add in wet ingredients.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.
