I would like to share another tangyuan recipe:
Red bean filling tangyuan
Ingredients: red bean paste, ginger, sugar, glutinous rice flour, water
1. I have a ready made red bean paste given to me.

2. I added water as it was quite dry (left in the fridge for several days) and oil (optional).
3. Roll it into ball shapes and left it in the freezer for few hours.

4. Make a dough using glutinous rice flour and wrap it around the ball shape frozen red bean paste
5. Put it in boiling water
6. Scoop it out when it is floating (cooked) and soak it in cold water

I also used the red bean paste to make instant red bean soup with plain tangyuan.
