My Glasgow Kitchen

My Little Corner of the World

This dish used to be one of my favourite vegetable dishes as a child. During my college days, I used to cook this nearly every weekend. I was glad the supermarket nearby sold it.

The trick to cooking this dish is to use your hands to pinch the raw vegetable into small pieces before cooking it. That was taught by my relative.

This batch is actually our garden produce. It grows so easily. We just insert the long thin stems into pots and it grows leaves in a few weeks.
