I had some remainder taro from bubur cha cha and was finding a way to cook it up.

Taro

Ingredients

Taro, butterfly pea flower, water, sugar, ice, yogurt

Remainder Taro from Bubur Cha Cha

Method

1. Slice taro and steam it for about 30 minutes. Put aside and cool it.

2. Make sugar syrup from sugar and warm water or use honey.

3. Soak butterfly pea flower in hot water to make butterfly pea flower tea.

4. Add steamed taro, yogurt, butterfly pea flower tea, sugar syrup into blender and blend it.
